For Excel Tiered hosting clients we can offer some relief and assist with managing your account. We would stress however that all clients should consistently backup their website, databases and email accounts on a regular basis.

Joint Management can be elected for subscribers purchasing hosting solutions from the Excel tier of plans at the ordering stage. Joint Management has all of the benefits of Assisted Setup, but these benefits are ongoing. Clients requesting management assistance can login to their Client Portal, open a Management ticket and request what they need done and we'll get straight onto it.

Automated management of our clients accounts is limited to monitoring their bandwidth and security and offering any recommendations that we feel would be suited to our clients needs.
