Policies regarding the use of the Livestate network

It is imperative that within the framework of business-client relationships that there is a guide on how business is conducted, and what obligations and expectations will be met by all parties.

We have prepared our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Service Level Agreement with this principle in mind. Undertaking business within the IT sector, as relates to the hosting and distribution of digital content is not without pitfalls and risk, as any person who has ever experienced the trauma of dealing with computer viruses can testify. Our Agreements have been put into effect to provide protection to Livestate as a business entity, to the networks from which we provision services to clients, and for our clients themselves.

These Agreements state their revision dates, and our clients should be aware that Livestate reserves the right to amend these Agreements at any stage that revision is required. Where possible we will always notify our clients over any change to our business structure and processes.

Clients should read and understand these documents and in contact with Livestate to clarify any part therein.
